We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the influx of orders, it may take 3-7 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and will always try our best to ship quickly. Once this is done, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has shipped.
We will only ship orders of items that are fully in stock. If one of the items in your order is a Pre-Order item, we will wait until our warehouse receives that item before shipping it out with the rest of your order.
We will ship out all Pre-Order items as soon as they become available.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping charges and fees are not refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
